Is he is able to take away charitable giving he can cause more poor, displaced and spiritually starved to hold their hand out to the Government. I believe this is a very smart move for him. Millions of people who would be getting help from churches and small town organizations would only have the Government to turn to.Is this the art of war?

Some charities and nonprofit experts are worried that President Obama’s proposal
to impose new limits on charitable tax deductions for wealthy people would
dampen giving at a time when charities are under severe strain because of the
recession.
