The Chairman drops a 300 plus page Amendment at 3am in the morning just before the house votes for it. The Republicans are skeptical and the Democrats are ready to pass without even reading it.
What was added to corrupt the bill was tons of special interest, corporate agribusiness and Wall Street. The problem with the Democrats voting on this bill is that the party actually votes for bills now and they determine who is weakest in their party and who could be compromised with large numbers of Republicans in their voting district so they let those Democrats vote no. This huge groupthink situation has put our two party system at risk for corruption and failure. In order for this piece of legislation to get passed this bill had to be more appealing to members and so many deals were made to special interest groups that the green groups are opposing it.
Many green groups are opposed to this bill. Friends of the earth stated in a news letter stating, “The bill that the house passed is corrupted by special interest as well as agribusiness and Wall Street. “ and then went on to say “this bill is counterproductive and guts the EPAs authority to fight global warming.”
Obama's administration realized that HR1207 (Federal Reserve Transparency Act) was going to pass and to keep the Federal Reserve from being really audited Obama was forced to anounce he is forming his own watch dog group. (Fox watching the hen house) I have been supporting Ron Paul's HR1207 for a few weeks now and it is very obvious to me what this is about. It may be unnoticable to those who get their news from late night talk shows but I see clearly.
They won't let us see what is going on with the Federal Reserve. Trilion of dollars are misplaced and he would look bad if he had to veto a transparency bill. Can you imagine Obama vetoing a transparency bill? This is the real reason he formed this fake Federal Watch Dog Group.
I. Illegal immigration. I want you to stop coddling illegal immigrants and secure our borders. Close the underground tunnels. Stop the violence and the trafficking in drugs and people. No amnesty, not again. Been there, done that, no resolution. P.S., I'm not a racist. This isn't to be confused with legal immigration.
Reply: There is no way to get the Govt. to secure the borders. First of all, growing army of people who will be dependent on the Govt. for help is essential for a Communistic state. If you are legal then you won’t depend on the Government. You won’t spend years teaching your children how to be spoon fed by the Government. Where do you think the Obama administration plans on getting their massive support?
II. TARP. I want it repealed and I want no further funding supplied to it. We told you no, but you did it anyway. I want the remaining unfunded 95% repealed. Freeze, repeal.
Reply: 90% of America spoke out against it and our wishes were ignored. There is nothing we can do. They already know our wishes. We were in the streets protesting and got ignored.
III. Czars. I want the circumvention of our checks and balances stopped immediately. Fire the czars. No more czars. Government officials answer to the process, not to the president. Stop trampling on our Constitution and honor it.
Reply: Czars is a Communistic term for the Federal Government taking authority over a sector. This will give a state much less power and transfer more power to the Federal Government. Since a more powerful Government is the goal why would they listen to us? The plan it to take power and authority, not give it to states and local governments.
IV. Cap and trade. The debate on global warming is not over. There is more to say.
Reply: Now why would they stop pushing forward with this? Obama has investments that will pay him millions if this is imposed. Look at Gore, he has made over a Billion dollars with the global warming scam. Over 32 thousand American scientists have signed a petition (over 9 thousand with Ph.D.) to say that there is no scientific proof that global warming is man made. If they are ignoring over 32 thousand scientists then they surely won’t listen to you.
Wall Street is loving this. They plan on trading these carbon credits on the market. It won't help the environment but this is a way of all of the bankers and Federal Government to score billions. This Cap and trade bill has nothing to do with the environment.
V. Universal healthcare. I will not be rushed into another expensive decision. Don't you dare try to pass this in the middle of the night and then go on break. Slow down!
Reply: Since we have established that the Obama administration’s main objective is to grow Government you should know that if this fails it is a win win situation because the Government can come in and impose more control to help more displaced people. If this fails, it will grow Government at an enormous pace.
VI. Growing government control. I want states rights and sovereignty fully restored. I want less government in my life, not more. Shrink it down. Mind your own business. You have enough to take care of with your real obligations. Why don't you start there.
Reply: Chirp Chirp…. Is that crickets? Yeah, they will get right to you on that one. Refer back to the main objective. The whole point of appointing more Czars is to pull control from local Governments and send it to the Federal Government so everyone reports directly to the President.
VII. ACORN. I do not want ACORN and its affiliates in charge of our 2010 census. I want them investigated. I also do not want mandatory escrow fees contributed to them every time on every real estate deal that closes. Stop the funding to ACORN and its affiliates pending impartial audits and investigations. I do not trust them with taking the census over with our taxpayer money. I don't trust them with our taxpayer money. Face up to the allegations against them and get it resolved before taxpayers get any more involved with them. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, hello. Stop protecting your political buddies. You work for us, the people. Investigate.
Reply: They know it’s full of crooks and have yet to make a statement. To be honest they really don’t care. They know that group is 100% ran by Democratic leaning people and they will fight tooth and nail to keep them funded. Why do you think they don’t want you to see where the trillions of dollars are going? Because they are funding groups with millions of our tax dollars that are supporters of the Obama administration.
VIII. Redistribution of wealth. No, no, no. I work for my money. It is mine. I have always worked for people with more money than I have because they gave me jobs. That is the only redistribution of wealth that I will support. I never got a job from a poor person. Why do you want me to hate my employers? What do you have against shareholders making a profit?
Reply: Since the whole goal is to grow big Government so they can make us a Communist like state this would be part of the Marxist philosophy. Making a more equal society where one cannot prosper above his or her neighbor. Not sure if you noticed a trend yet.
IX. Charitable contributions. Although I never got a job from a poor person, I have helped many in need. Charity belongs in our local communities, where we know our needs best and can use our local talent and our local resources. Butt out, please. We want to do it ourselves.
Reply: The whole purpose of restricting charities is so that the people must get all their needs met by the Government. The Government doesn’t like competition and local charities would keep people from asking the Federal Government for money.
X. Corporate bailouts. Knock it off. Sink or swim like the rest of us. If there are hard times ahead, we'll be better off just getting into it and letting the strong survive. Quick and painful. Have you ever ripped off a Band%u2011Aid? We will pull together. Great things happen in America under great hardship. Give us the chance to innovate. We cannot disappoint you more than you have disappointed us.
Reply: Well, no communist society is complete with their financial Oligarchs. This is the financial thrown that Obama will sit on at the top of his pyramid aka Illuminati. This would be the reason the Federal Reserve transparency bill will never pass. Those bankers are so intertwined in the Democrat and Republican party that there is no difference. You know that almost everyone on Obama's cabinet is a banker right?
XI. Transparency and accountability. How about it? No, really, how about it? Let's have it. Let's say we give the buzzwords a rest and have some straight honest talk. Please try %u2011%u2011 please stop manipulating and trying to appease me with clever wording. I am not the idiot you obviously take me for. Stop sneaking around and meeting in back rooms making deals with your friends. It will only be a prelude to your criminal investigation. Stop hiding things from me.
Reply: I know you heard Obama say many times that he wants transparency but at any time have you seen any steps he has taken to actually make anything transparent? This is another one of those you can ask till your blue in the face and all you will get is a smoke screen. I bet you that the Federal Reserve transparency act will not pass. Right after it passed congress Obama announced his OWN Federal watch dog group over the Federal Reserve.
XII. Unprecedented spending. Stop it now. Take a breath. Listen to the people.
Reply: We spoke loud and clear about bail outs and were ignored. They have a clear goal and are not listening to you. So keep talking, it will never work. Their plan is to drive the US dollar into the ground so they can get more power.
